Conner Ryan is a senior at Columbia College Chicago studying Music Business with a concentration in Artist Management.  He’s been working as a freelance artist manager since his sophomore year in 2022 and has managed three Chicago-based musicians over the years; Mother Soki, Frances Softheart, and Chillona.

Throughout his time at Columbia College Chicago, Conner has taken dozens of classes that have helped improve and expand his skillset as an artist manager, including a SXSW Artist Management Practicum, Music Industry Deals, and Talent Management.  Through these classes and real-world artist management experience, Conner has obtained incredible opportunities for himself, as well as his artists.  He’s booked shows, created websites and EPKs, and managed social media accounts on behalf of his clients.  His adaptability has improved over the years as his experience working under high volumes of pressure in the music industry has grown.  Conner is also an active member of Grammy U, where he has connected with big names in the music industry through exclusive experiences.

In his free time, Conner enjoys collecting and playing vinyl records, going to live shows, and is recently teaching himself to DJ.  Conner has been expanding his experience and network through shadowing and work experiences he’s obtained for himself and has no plan on stopping anytime soon.  Conner is eager to take his clients to the top and manage talent he has believed in from the beginning.
